At Lehua, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, and undamaged).
• Items must include their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please make sure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Domestic Shipping
We are a Small Company and at this moment we are not offering any free shipping on any order, only on special occasions.
All items purchased through our website will be fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. Please be aware that we only ship items: Monday - Friday (Hawaii time).
Lehua Jewelry warehouse is located in Hawaii, so if you are purchasing our items outside of Hawaii it might take up to 2 weeks to be delivered, check the delivery estimative upon purchase and follow up on your order through your tracking number. We are working to bring another warehouse stateside to make it easier to fulfill the orders to be delivered faster, Thank you for your support.
We do not offer free returns.

Lehua is not responsible for taxes and import duties from international shipping, the customer purchasing the products is solely responsible for it so please be informed in your country if that applies to you.
