When featured in a design, we use genuine freshwater pearls. Their natural variations in shape, size, and luster make each piece beautifully unique.

Natural Shells

Selected designs feature authentic natural shells, including Hawaiian shells. Natural variations in color, pattern, shape, and texture are part of their beauty and make every piece one of a kind.

Natural Orchids

Selected pieces feature real orchid flowers, carefully preserved in resin to capture and protect their natural beauty. Because each flower is natural, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

Care & Cleaning

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorine, and saltwater. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.

Gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing and store it separately in a dry place.

Pearls, natural shells, and preserved flowers are delicate natural materials and should be handled with extra care.

All pieces are handcrafted and shipped from Hawai‘i.

If this item is currently out of stock and available for pre-order. Your necklace will be handcrafted and shipped from Hawai‘i once ready.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for a full refund (excluding the shipping cost if applied) must be within 7 days after the delivery date, and all products must have the original tags attached to the original product purchased.

Products without a tag will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address.

We do not accept items worn, if that’s identified the item will not be processed and you will not receive a refund, exchange, or store credit. Products must be unworn.

We are a small business and we do not offer free returns in any order, thank you for your understanding.

We are not responsible for products that went missing after shipped, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

If you are sending us a return or exchange, please email us the tracking number so we can follow up on it and be aware that we can only refund or give you store credit when we receive the product back.

We are a Small Company and at this moment we are not offering any free shipping on any order, only on special occasions.

All items purchased through our website will be fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. Please be aware that we only ship items: Monday - Friday (Hawaii time).

Lehua Jewelry warehouse is located in Hawaii, so if you are purchasing our items outside of Hawaii it might take up to 2 weeks to be delivered, check the delivery estimative upon purchase and follow up on your order through your tracking number. We are working to bring another warehouse stateside to make it easier to fulfill the orders to be delivered faster, Thank you for your support.

We do not offer free returns.
