Returns + Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for a full refund (excluding the shipping cost if applied) must be within 14 days after the delivery date, and all products must have the original tags attached to the original product purchased.

Products without a tag will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address.

We do not accept items worn, if that’s identified the item will not be processed and you will not receive a refund, exchange, or store credit. Products must be unworn.

We are a small business and we do not offer free returns in any order, thank you for your understanding.

We are not responsible for products that went missing after shipped, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

If you are sending us a return or exchange, please email us the tracking number so we can follow up on it and be aware that we can only refund or give you store credit when we receive the product back.

We are a Small Company and at this moment we are not offering any free shipping on any order, only on special occasions.

All items purchased through our website will be fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. Please be aware that we only ship items: Monday - Friday (Hawaii time).

Lehua Jewelry warehouse is located in Hawaii, so if you are purchasing our items outside of Hawaii it might take up to 2 weeks to be delivered, check the delivery estimative upon purchase and follow up on your order through your tracking number. We are working to bring another warehouse stateside to make it easier to fulfill the orders to be delivered faster, Thank you for your support.
